Hello! I have just finished my new kit and I am so excited about it! I wanted to do something cute for Mother's Day, and then when my sister had her baby girl, I thought, "Why not do one for girls & moms!" So thanks to Amaya (A-my-a) my new niece for the inspiration of this new kit. My sister has 4 cute little girls now, and is an amazing mom! I chose one of the quotes in the kit because it reminded me of my sister... "If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart!" I love it! Chic Spring Time

I don't know about you, but I am SO ready for Spring. I was looking forward to a nice warm weekend, and I woke up to SNOW, and not just a light dusting, but actual SNOW! My kids were positive about it though and said, " Now we can build a snowman again!" But anyway, I had so much fun designing these papers & embellishments. This is your sneak peak. :) Stay tuned... ISCRAPBOOK will have it soon! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. When I look at these papers it makes me think of laying out by the pool and enjoying a nice strawberry smoothie...mmm my mouth is watering :)

I have an announcment...

I have not posted on here for almost a month now, because I have GONE CRAZY designing new kits! Hopefully, now that I feel I'm almost on top of it I can post more, but anyway...
I have decided to start selling my kits at an AWESOME digital scrapbook store called ISCRAPBOOK, they not only sell kits, but papers, digital stamps, embellishments, pre-made albums, etc. I am so excited to be a part of their team.
Some of my kits will only be available at ISCRAPBOOK, and the other ones will be available there as well as my blog. Now of COURSE I will still have FREEBIES, and occasional PRIZES too! I have one kit completly ready (pictures coming soon) :) and another kit I am working on (hoping to be done by next week) So, here's my announcment... I am looking for 4 or 5 of you to design layouts for me using my kits & be part of my creative team!!!! Sound EXCITING!!! You will get the complete kit for free too! If your interested, please e-mail with an example of your work. I'm hoping to do this soon so that when I put my new kits on here there will be some examples of what can be done with them! Thanks... Love Chicks Digital Scrapbook Kit

I am so excited to start designing Digital Scrapbook kits! This is my first one ever, and I love how it turned out. I love Valentines Day, and I wanted to design a cute & fun kit for my own little chicks. I still have lots of things to learn, and techniques to try, but so far, I am loving this! I hope you are able to use these kits, & have fun with them.

My plan is to design at least 1 a month & of course I'll have some freebies!!!!

Instructions for Downloading my Kits

I use a program called Memory Mixer for all of my digital scrapbooking layouts. I also use Photoshop to design my kits, but for now I will give you directions on how to use my kits in a program like Memory Mixer.

First, download each part of my kit & save it, then extract it by double clicking on it copy and paste it here...

1. Go to My Computer
2. Open your "Local Disk" C
3. Find the folder that says, "Program Files" double click
4. Find the folder that says, "Memory Mixer" (or whatever program you are using for digital layouts) double click
5. Find the Folder that says, "Components" double click
6. Find the folder that says, "Embellishments" double click
7. Create a New Folder and name it something like "Love Chicks"
8. Open your new folder by double clicking on it, and copy & paste the kit you just downloaded.
9. Now get busy creating your pages! (Make sure your digital program is closed while you are saving your kits)
